How do I become a member?
Click on the 'Register Here' link on the top frame of the home page. This will lead you to the pages that help you to become a member.
What are the payment methods you accept?
We accept payment through credit cards, Local Cheques (ie cheques from inside Chennai, India) and Demand Draft payments.

Can I just buy only email responses without opting for chat sessions with your experts?
Yes, you can. You still need to sign up as a member.

I don't wish to receive emails but just wish to have chat sessions, is that possible?
Yes, that is possible.

How do I know if my credit card payments have been received?
Feeltalk, as well as its credit card payment gateway partner will intimate you through emails to the email ID which you have mentioned in the membership details.

Do you accept credit card payments all days of the week?
Yes, we do.

Do you accept Cheque/Demand Draft payments all days in the week?
Yes, we do.

How do I make my Cheque/Demand Draft payments?
Courier / Mail your Cheque/Demand Draft payments to our office address mentioned in the 'contact page'. Please become a member first by filling out the online membership form. You will be given a long Code number which you will have to write behind your Cheque/Demand Draft and send this to us.
I live outside Chennai, India and wish to make payments by Cheque or Demand Draft, can I pay by an outstation cheque?
Sorry, we do not accept outstation cheques. You could always send us a Demand Draft instead.
Whereas, if you have an International credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover) you could make payments from anywhere in the world using your credit card.
How do I know if my Cheque/Demand Draft payments have been received?
We will intimate you by email as we receive your Cheque or Demand Draft payment.
If I pay by Cheque/Demand Draft how soon can I start using your services?
Please give us 24-48 hours to activate your accounts after payments are received.
I have become a member, where do I start?
If you are a member and your account has been activated (we would have informed you by email of this), you may log in to your private area of FeelTalk from the home page.
I have become a member how do I start chatting?
Log in to your 'control panel' from the FeelTalk homepage, and if you have bought chat sessions you could click on the Chat Icon on the first page. This leads you to the chat page, if you have an appointment at that time, you will see our psychologist's name on the chat window.
How long is each chat session?
One hour.
How do you deduct from my payments for each chat session?
If you have chosen an appointment, you will be allowed to enter the Chat page by clicking on the 'Chat Now' button inside the control panel area. At the end of every chat session (one hour chat session) we deduct one session from the total number of sessions you have bought.
How do you deduct from my payments for my 'email only' membership?
For every response we send to your email ID we reduce one email response from the total number of email responses you bought, and thus reduce the payment accordingly.
How do I fix an appointment for a chat session?
Inside your private area ('control panel') you have an icon or link that says 'fix appointment', click on this and go ahead fixing your appointment.

What time zone do my chat session appointments follow?
Though we are located in the India, and we follow GMT -8 hours . So all chat appointments will be scheduled according to the standard time in the state of California, USA.
So for example if you are in India you will be 13.5 hours ahead of our timezone.

We are a round the clock service - 19 hours to be precise. So we are up and waiting to take in your appointments at all times.

Can I cancel a chat appointment without losing money?
Yes, you can cancel a chat appointment without losing money.
The easiest option here is to send an email from your control panel feedback form to cancel that particular appointment. Send in your username and the time and date of the appointment along with your email ID. We will cancel this appointment and allocate the same for someone else. After this you will not be allowed into the chat page for that particular one hour, but your other chat session appointments will happen as usual.

But if you don't send in the email request to cancel, then please make sure you don't click on the 'Chat Now' button and enter the Chat page. As, at this point our system starts the timer and our counselor will deduct one session from the total number of sessions you bought!



What kind of internet connection should I use to chat with your professionals?
We advise you to have secure, stable internet connection which does not disconnect,preferably a DSL or cable connection that provides continuous connectivity.
If you are using a dialup connection through a telephone make sure you have disabled the call waiting facility in your telephone before you begin to chat.


I get disconnected from a Chat session because my internet connection failed, will you deduct from my payments still?
Deduction of the Chat session will be at the discretion of the counselor. For example, If your PC 'hung' or you got disconnected and then after some time you came back online to chat, our counselor who would have been waiting for the rest of the chat session, will continue to chat with you and deduct the chat session only after the one hour chat session duration.
So please make sure to come back online within the chat session period (within the stipulated one hour) and be sure to start chatting by clicking on the 'Chat Now' button inside your control panel.

We advise you to have a dependable, continuous, problem free internet connection and a stable PC.


What if I don't turn up for a chat session?
If you don't turn up for a chat appointment, that particular session is ignored and you will not be charged for it. So the number of sessions you had earlier will remain intact. You may go ahead and book new appointments.


What if I turn up late for a chat session?
No problem, we will wait for you to login late.
But the one hour duration of the appointment remains.
So if you turn up 15 minutes late, your session will end in the next 45 minutes.


How soon will you respond to my emails?
Give us 24-48 hours to respond to your emails.


What do I do if my email account at somefreeEmailservice.com (for example) expires and I have to change my email ID, where do I go to change this?
Very easy, just log in to your private area ('control panel') with your username and password and click on the 'user profile' link/icon and change old your email ID to the new one.
All future communication from us will come to your new email ID.

Probably you have run out of chat sessions, i.e. you may have used up/exhausted all the chat session. If so, you may renew your account by buying more sessions or emails.

You will have to click on the 'send email' icon inside the control panel, this will take you to the page that allows you to enter your queries or problems, click on submit and we will send you a response in 24-48 hours.


Do you do 'Recurring Billing' ?
No, we dont. You will be informed of your renewal, and you have a choice to continue or discontinue service.
